Flowing Water
Laura Catrani and Claudio Astronio's projects are born from the encounter between their opposite musical universes; new music and ancient repertoire. The point of conjunction of their realms of origin draws new dizzying boundaries: a soaring eagle flight, from the snowy peaks to the deepest depths of the sea. The nature that is revealed has an iridescent and changing voice, their sound world is a liquid sphere in which eighteenth-century lightness and contemporary research dialogue in surprising harmony.
