Vox in Femina

Vox in Femina is an experience that is unique in its kind, combining maximum virtuosity with the musical challenge. It is, essentially, a concert for solo voice, without any musical accompaniment, featuring repertoire which ranges from ancient musical forms to contemporary works, including many new compositions. Vox in Femina is a laboratory of language and acoustic experiments in which singing, silence and acting are merged together into a stratified and imaginative narration. The human body is both setting and sound, the performer is a singer, actor, and musical instrument.
